Time goes fast.
The year is already 11 days old, and you don't want to know how much work I have done already.
I've also made a few decisions, mainly regarding the paper, and I will write about it soon.
Last week week we had a bad patch of "flu" around. The whole city was complaining about fatique, nausea and such. At schools lessons were skipped because teachers were ill, but my daughter is in her final year and she was not very happy with it. Nor were we.
This week our neighbourhood went through a lot, and I think that's worth it's own blogpost and even several of them, as it's an ongoing story, I'm afraid.
We've had terribly grey days and lots of rain.
I can't remember a winter with such a lack of light.
It's like we've moved more to the northpole, as some days we needed artificial light at 14.00 hours already. And we had no sun at all for days on end.
A few days ago finally we had some minutes of sun and I nearly danced from joy. I put up my sleeves to get more sun om my bare arms?
Today finally the temperatures dropped and a week of freezing cold is expected. Good against the insects, that's what I say.
Well, let's create a series of blogposts to enable the blog to go on, when you understand what I mean, and in between how life is going on for us.
I have to say, the year started interesting.
It's like living in a book, but not a bad one this time. I mean, not for us. It's a real life detective.
Tick, tack, the hands move on aCaravelle by Bulova, a nightwatch and the clock on the wall.
On and on time passes without us being able to grasp it and make it stop for a moment.
Wish I could, but only on a sunny moment.
